No drinking the night before your flight. If you turn up and we can smell alcohol on you, or you seem intoxicated your flight will be refused and you will be charged £50 to rebook. 

Please allow 2 weeks after being fully recovered from sickness before booking onto your flight. We will REFUSE flight if we see signs of sickness. 

It is not an enjoyable experience doing anything whilst Ill, We want you to get the most out of your Tandem Paragliding Experience with us. If you have been ill and are unsure then drop us a call or message :) 

Yes, our pilots are all BHPA qualified tandem pilots. 

Before you fly will be required to sign up to the BHPA (Temporary membership) this is included in your voucher fee and also includes your insurance which is up to £5 million public liability.

PERSONAL INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL. We can recommend insurance company's if you choose to take out person insurance for your flight.

This is one of our most asked questions. It isn't possible to book for a select date as there is no guarantees that it will be flyable on that date.

You book in advance, once we receive you booking we then get in contact with you and ask your requirements, we will try our best to get as close to your requested date, but there are no guarantees. 

• We recommend you wear something with ankle support to reduce injury, if you choose to wear footwear with out ankle support that risk is on you and we take no liability for it.
• In the WINTER we advise to bring warm jacket and gloves for the flight, for the hike up its advisable to wear layers to best regulate your temperature. 
• In the SUMMER You can wear short and T-shirt for your flight if you like. We have often flown 4,000ft and been in shorts and T-shirt, you can also wear jeans, joggers what every you feel comfortable in, so long as you have adequate footwear.

Once we have received you booking details we will add you too our WhatsApp group. Once in the group you will then be moved in to a sub group depending on what flight experience you have brought.

When its flyable I will put dates, times and location in the relevant group and how many slots I have available, then its based on a first come first served basis.

Once you have said you can make the slot, I will then contact you privately via our WhatsApp group to arrange you flight.

The lowest age we will take is 8 years old with the consent of an adult. Our weight ranges are between 40kg-100kg MAX. Please not the upper limit is our very max  we will take so please check your weight before you book a flight with us.

All minors below the age of 18 will need signed consent from the parent or guardian before we fly them, the minor must also understand the inherent risks associated as it is classed as an a extreme sport with the inherent risks.

Our meeting times MUST be kept when flying these two mountains. We factor in hike times to summit and also take off and landing times. Everything is based around the weather forecast which unfortunately will not wait for us, if you are late and your flight could be canceled at the discretion of the attending pilot on the day. Late Arrivals will need to be rebooked in will result in a £100 rebooking fee to cover our costs for the day. 

We give 30 minutes grace after that charges will apply if we don't fly due to late arrivals.

Yes we do. There is no credit check as you aren't having credit. We set up a monthly collection date to suit you, once the balance has been paid we can book you in for your flight. Please message us to find out more about this option.

• Our flight vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. (Unless there is a promotional deal)

If we suffer from adverse weather and we haven't managed to book you in, we will increase the voucher validity free of charge.

Once your 6 months has expired on your voucher, your booking is no longer valid, and a new voucher must be purchased.

SNOWDONIA MOUNTAIN EXPEDITONS (HIKE AND FLY)

Please note these expeditions are very time sensitive, We may not be able to provide you with as much notice as you'd like due to how fast the weather changes up on the big mountains. We can only offer dates when we see them, please do your best to make them as there could be a very long wait until the next window. 

We Aim to give you 7 days notice, the weather WILL change a lot in 7 days so we will provide updates constantly the moment we notify you of it happening. 

If your only available for a few days a month then this could impede our ability to get you done and this could result in your voucher expiring (Which we take no responsibility for) 

If your only available for a limited time in 12 months then this expedition may not be for you.

1. You must tell us with in 14 days booking your voucher if you require a refund, after this no refunds will be given.
2. We will do our best to offer you as many available flying dates as possible, these dates will be advertised in our WhatsApp group, the link will be sent you attached to your flight voucher. It is your responsibility to join the group to make sure you receive our flight date updates. Failure to join the group will mean you miss out on flyable days. If you are having trouble joining the group then please contact us for further help.
3. When booking please consider it could take anything from 1 week to 1 month to fly you, the UK weather isn't very reliable at times so please bare this n mind when booking your tandem paragliding experience voucher .
4. Your availability must be considered too, if you can only fly on weekends it could be a short or long wait depending on the weather.
5. Once your 6 months has expired on your voucher, your booking is no longer valid, and a new voucher must be purchased.
6. All flight vouchers are none-refundable, but are transferable for a £20 admin fee providing the transfer is done with in the vouchers active time. By booking a flight voucher you agree to these terms and conditions. 

If you request a refund in the 14 day cooling off period, any promotional offer will be refunded at the promotional rate you purchased the flight voucher at, not the default tandem price. 

The weather couple be beautiful outside but the wind speed could be too strong for us to fly. 

It could look grey and dull outside and the wind speed could be perfect us to fly. 

So if you aren't getting messages from us about flying when its sunny, its because its too windy and not safe for us to fly.
