Terms & Conditions, Return and Refund Policy
Refund Policy to buyers.
A Refund policy usually consists of:
- 14 day cooling off period after buying flight for a full refund
- A transaction refund fee will be charged (This is a fee charged by our bank when we receive your payment as this does not get returned to us when we issue you a refund) transaction fee is £10.
- All flight vouchers are NONE REFUNDABLE once they are activated, by booking you accept these terms and conditions
- Vouchers are transferable for a fee.
- Vouchers have a 6 month expiry date from the date of purchase and activation.
- Process of refund- You can request a refund within the first 14 days of purchase (Please allow 3-5 business working days to process)
Flight Voucher Terms and Conditions
Redemption: This voucher is redeemable only for a specified flight provided by Shropshire Paragliding. It can be transferable for a fee.
Validity Period: The voucher is valid for six months from the date of activation. The voucher must be redeemed within this period; otherwise, it will become void.
Reservation and Availability: Flight bookings are subject to availability and are published via our WhatsApp group which is sent on and via a link attached to your flight voucher. It is your responsibility to join the group.
Non-Refundable: Once issued and activated, the voucher is non-refundable.
