 Refund Policy to buyers.

A Refund policy usually consists of:

• 14 day cooling off period after buying flight for a full refund
• All flight vouchers are NONE REFUNDABLE once they are activated, by booking you accept these terms and conditions
• Vouchers are transferable for a fee.
• Vouchers have a 6 month expiry date from the date of purchase and activation.
• Process of refund- You can request a refund within the first 14 days of purchase (Please allow 3-5 business working days to process)

Flight Voucher Terms and Conditions

Redemption: This voucher is redeemable only for a specified flight provided by Shropshire Paragliding. It can be transferable for a fee.

Validity Period: The voucher is valid for six months from the date of activation. The voucher must be redeemed within this period; otherwise, it will become void.

Reservation and Availability: Flight bookings are subject to availability and are published via our WhatsApp group which is sent on and via a link attached to your flight voucher. It is your responsibility to join the group.

Non-Refundable: Once issued and activated, the voucher is non-refundable.
